Strawberry Watermelon Ice Pops
1/2 watermelon
1 pint frozen strawberries
1 lime
1 tbsp raw honey
You can use any ice pop mold, such as silicon push-pops, or even go old school and fill ice trays stuck with toothpicks. Either way, these yummy treats will cool you down on a hot summer day.
Chop watermelon into chunks and place in a freezer-safe container for several hours. Once frozen, add to blender or food processor with frozen strawberries, juice of lime and honey. Pulse into sorbet consistency and fill ice pop molds. Return to freezer and enjoy when solid.
