New Year's Smoothie
If the holidays left you feeling a little heavier than you'd like, try this little miracle to lighten your mind, body AND spirit.
1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
2 lemons, peeled
6 inches fresh ginger root, peeled
1 cup spring or filtered-water ice
Chop pineapple, lemons and ginger and add to blender with ice cubes until smooth. Sip and enjoy!
