Pumpkin Açaí Bowl
1 packet frozen organic unsweetened açaí (see Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods Market)
1/2 can organic pumpkin
1/2 cup fresh papaya
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbs. pumpkin spice or cinnamon
1 cup coconut water or spring water
Options for toppings:
pomegranate seeds
fresh papaya cubes
fresh banana slices
pumpkin seeds
chia seeds
granola
unsweetened shredded coconut
walnuts, cashews, pecans, almonds
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and serve immediately with toppings of your choice.
