Simple Cannellini Bean Dip
1 can Eden brand cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp. freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. Celtic sea salt
Add to a high-speed bender or food processor and enjoy with carrot or celery sticks, or gluten-free crackers such as Mary's Gone Crackers.
