Peppermint Fudge
Don't tell anyone, but this delectable treat is the healthiest dessert around!
1 cup raw cacao powder
1 ½ cup coconut oil
1 cup Ojio brand agave or raw honey
½ tsp. finely ground Celtic sea salt
¼ vanilla bean, scraped (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
1-2 drops peppermint essential oil
Warm coconut oil until liquid. All all ingredients to blender and incorporate until smooth. Spread mixture into a deep baking dish and place in refrigerator to chill. Cut into squares.
