Greek Dip
(these amounts are estimates - feel free to use more or less of any of the ingredients)
16 oz. hummus
1 cucumber, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 bunch fresh dill, chopped
8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
3/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, quartered
Spread hummus on bottom of a glass dish. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over top and serve with sprouted pita bread or chips.
