Banana Walnut Overnight Oats
1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 banana, cut into half-moons
1 tsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2-3 drops of SweetLeaf vanilla creme stevia or 2 tsp maple syrup
Place all the ingredients except for the banana into a mason jar and mix well. Pile banana on top. Store overnight in the fridge. In the morning, your oats are ready! Enjoy at room temperature or warmed on the stove.
