No-Juicer Fat-Flusher Juice
This "juice" actually is more of a flavored water, but we are extracting nutrients from the veggies and avoiding the pulp, so it can be categorized under juice.
Place all ingredients in a pitcher and leave to infuse overnight. Drink throughout the next day. Repeat.
1 cucumber, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
10 mint leaves
1 inch of ginger root, sliced
